Welcome to RV Park of Portland, pilgrims! Folks call me Freddy Flintlock and I'm here to be your guide as you explore all the fine facilities, amenities and nearby attractions this park has to offer!
I may not be as famous an explorer as Lewis or Clark, but I reckon I'm a tad more comfortable than they ever were since I discovered
RV PARK OF PORTLAND
RV Park of Portland is set in a wooded area along the Tualatin River and is open year-round. The park offers 112 spacious, paved RV sites in a grassy area. Most of these sites come "lock stock & barrel" with full hookups, including 20, 30 or 50 amp electric and sewer connections. There are plenty of pull-thrus for today's oversized "motorized wagons."
For RVers like myself who like all the comforts of home, cable TV hookups with 60 channels are available. Shoot, I can even keep up with my e-mail and explore this here World Wide Web in the comfort of their park office. Most of the campsites come with picnic tables (something scarcer than friendly grizzlies at many other local RV parks).
Don't ferget the rod 'n' tackle, friends - the fishin' is superb 'round these parts! Your small fur-bearin' friends are welcome, so long as they are leashed and you remember to scoop. Just call the park at 503-692-0225 for more information. Scrubbin' the trail dust off my ol' buckskins is a lot easier thanks to the park's laundry. Let me tell you from experience, pilgrims, their sparklin' hot showers beat a bath in the river any day!
Have a look around the Website for more information about explorin' the area, includin' information about the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Celebration. Once you see how much this park and the local attractions have to offer, you'll be ready to find your way here!
